SMT Process
Our SMT workshop is equipped with 12 SMT lines, including 2 RoHs standard SMT lines. Each SMT line is composed of the Auto-PCB Feeding Machine / Auto-Solder Paste Printing Machine / Auto-SPI Machine / High-Speed SMT Machine / Reflow Solder Machine / AOI Machine.
Conformal Coating
Conformal coating provides excellent protection for the PCB. It endows the module PCB and related boards with effective resistance to moisture, dust, and corrosion. A well-coated module PCB is the crucial assurance of reliability and long lifespan for a display.
Module aging
24 hours, 100% brightness, full white aging testing for every single module.
Silicon Filling
Every outdoor module will be fully silicone-coated on the surface to ensure IP65 waterproofing in harsh environments.
Mask & case assembling
Auto screwing machines for both cases and masks, high efficiency and accuracy.
LED Cabinet Assembling
Assemble all components in the cabinet unit.
Packing & Delivery
1. Treat each panel carefully and offer a secure packaging method. 2. Checking for each accessory, no items missed, no quantity short.
