Incoming Materials Check(IQC)

A “0” defect product is achieved by starting with ideal raw materials. YVLED safeguards the quality of our displays from the raw materials suppliers. Since the beginning of the workshops, our engineering staff has been experienced in supervising craftsmanship, ensuring selected materials are adapted to the cabinet frame and modules bracket, developing timely error-correction solutions, and ensuring each output is fully qualified.

Prototype Testify

The prototype test is the only way to define the parameters for the displays, such as current, RGBW brightness, and heat conduction. It is also the scientific method for verifying the quality and performance of the completed display. Through our setup and commissioning of the prototype, we can inject the best visual gene to display. Only a quality-passed prototype can be included in the SOP.

Flow Supervision (IPQC)

Waterproof Test

We conduct waterproof tests on every outdoor panel using a standard spray system and perform all-around testing in accordance with international protection standards.

Full Display Aging Test

1. No less than 3 days aging test shall be done to the full display, including grayscale-shifting test, RGBW shifting test, Power on/off impact test, and IC circuit test.
2. Commissioning software parameter, work out the optimal visual performance, best color presentation, and brilliant brightness.
