Depending on the product, it usually takes 3-7 days for regular products and 15-20 days for customized products.

We usually use sea transportation, but if the customer’s needs are urgent, we can also use air transportation.

 

After shipment, we will continuously monitor the cargo status. You can track it using the corresponding tracking number on the freight website or contact your assigned sales representative. They will assist you in locating the current whereabouts of your shipment.

Since LED displays are custom-made, modifications are generally not supported after order confirmation. We offer some free spare parts with your order. If the LED screen is damaged during installation, you can use these spares for replacement.

Note: Spare parts are typically included with full-screen purchases. If you buy only a few LED modules separately, spares are usually not included. Please consult our customer service team for more information.

 

I bought your LED screen, but I don’t know how to install it. Can you help?

If you purchased our product, we’re happy to help. We can provide free remote assistance for LED screen installation. However, if you purchased from another source, we cannot offer this service.

Additionally, for exceptionally large projects ordered from us that require our technicians to travel to your country or region for on-site guidance, additional labor fees will apply. Specific pricing varies by project scope. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team for details and cost.
